In the framework of " Projet d'Appui au Programme National de Gouvernance" (PAPNG) and with the financial support of African Development Bank (ADB), have been organised in May 2008 by MANDESSI BELL Law Firm, Lawyer registered with Cameroon Bar Association and Consultant, a serie of Ohada Law seminars for Cameroon judiciary-related professionals.

Notably the popularization of Ohada law and the mastering of this harmonized law by professionals.

- Content of The Seminars

These seminars have focused on all Ohada Uniform Acts except the one relating to accounting (commercial law, company law, simplified debt recovery law, guaranties law, bankruptcy law, arbitration law and goods transportation law by road.

Lectures on the reforms and new trends in the aftermath of the entering into force of Ohada Law, and practical exercises in the form of case-studies, deed drafting and problem-solving exercises.
