Seminar on some criminal abuses in business pre-contentious and contentious matters in Cameroon.
Despite the implementation for more than a decade of the rules of the new Ohada Business Law to improve the legal and judicial security in the member countries which Cameroon is a part of, some informal practices of "criminalization" of pre-contentious and contentious matters continue which make things quite difficult for economic operators, lead to a hazardous management of pre-litigation and litigation cases and cause financial losses to companies.
The purpose of the seminar is to prepare economic operators to better manage this type of situations not compliant with the law.
