ON LINE LEGAL OPINIONS ON OHADA LAW

Here, will be proposed a number of legal opinions on various subject matters of Ohada Business Law which may be used in all the Ohada member countries. These legal opinions entail :

- basic legal information on the subject matter concerned, 

- legal advice,

- and, in most cases, practical information and a draft instrument tailored in conformity with Ohada Law standards.

These Legal Opinions are classified by subject-matter of Ohada Business Law as follows : 

• Commercial Law (commercial leases, commercial sales, trade middlemen contracts) 

• Law on securities ( the various types of securities available),

• Company Law (the various types of business structures to incorporate in the Ohada zone). 

Sometimes, the Legal Opinions are tailored to meet the specific needs of one party (lessor or lessee, principal or trade middleman etc.) : they thus entail, in addition to the basic information on the matter, specific information and advice for the partuy concerned. When there is no particular remark in this regard, it means that the Legal Opinion may be used by either party. 


Presently, are only available the legal opinions on Ohada leases for professional use and on Private limited companies. The other ones will be available soon.
