The questionnaire shall be returned filled, with the original copy of the word file of the articles of association bought attached, untouched to avoid any complaint on unintentional suppressions of changes of words and any other relevant related supporting document. If you wish to have such changes, mention them apart so as to enable their correct inclusion.

This scheme is only for company incorporation with contributions in cash. The contributions in kind or in the form of services or know-how may be dealt with but are excluded in view of their more complex document needs and process schemes requiring on the spot checking and so one.
