As the On Line Legal Opinions proposed, the Conventional Legal Services are performed by the members of the Network who are professionals involved in Ohada Business Law, on the basis of strict standards of professional ethics. Most of them are lawyers registered with Bar associations but our team also includes competent legal experts. It should be recalled that registration with a Bar association implies to comply with some ethical rules entailed in the Bar Internal Rules (independence, honesty, secrecy etc.) and that any failure in this respect may give rise to the convening of the Council of he Bar, which may decide disciplinary sanctions up to disbarment (for more details on the Network team, see About our Network) . It may happen that the work related to your inquiries be carried out by non- members of the Network : we then check this work. It shall be recalled that the determination of fees, which is not based on legal data, shall be " fair and justified ". Your Legal Opinion ordered shall be sent by electronic mail at the Email address mentioned in the Order Form. Access to the files shall be with a password to be sent. On your request, a paper copy of the file(s) sent by electronic mail
may be sent to you by post mail without additional charge. If an express
international mail service is to be used, there shall be additional costs
(which shall be precised). |
