WHY THIS COURSE ?
|
In the framework of debt recovery on insolvent debtors, two attitudes are possible :
- accept that "nothing will change anyway " and therefore, think that it is not worth assessing the situation on the spot to see what the actual chances of recovering the debt concerned are, thus formal claim-producing is enough ,
- or acknowledge that even if the situation is bad, it is better to minimize losses and act in one's best advantage in this jungle where it is difficult to pave one's way between the various bodies in charge of the proceedings as well as the creditors among who nobody wants to be forgotten ...
In the first case, you are "under the rule" , in the second case you act to "get well out of it".
THIS ON LINE COURSE IS FOR YOU ...
. if you have no idea of how things happen in such proceedings (Beginners).
. if you have a global idea of how things happen but you have never adopted any real strategy in this regard. You then remain "under the rule" and the results are generally unsatisfactory (Advanced level).
. or else if you use to appoint people to follow up these files, but the reports are generally unsatisfactory. It could not be otherwise since these people were just content with a routine follow-up which could not bring better results. (Advanced level)
