Regularly, Ohada Legis invites a figure from the economic, financial or professionel circles. We opened up this platform again by giving the floor to legal practicians who amazingly remain far behind the stage whereas they are the very first involved in the implementation of Ohada law on the spot, unlike theoricians. They will be expressing themselves in the framework of a review of such an implementation. We have started these series on the review of Ohada Law enforcement with Cameroon, an important country among Ohada member countries in Central Africa within the Cemac Zone. This review will first focus on Ohada Uniform Act organizing simplified recovery procedures and measures of execution on the implentation of which the main actors involved in this field (barristers,judges, baillifs) shall express their views and tell about their own experience. The review having already been made on the barristers' point of view, we continue with the bailifs who shall express their views and tell about their own experience. |
